Used instead of sugar in beer making and in countries where it is legal to brew spirits it is the best sugar to use.
In beer making dextrose ferments quicker and cleaner than sugar, breaks down easily in cold water and leaves less overall sediment. It also adds to flavour and improves the overall quality of beer.
In spirit making between 8 – 10kg of dextrose per 25L mix of spirit wash is recommended for optional results, depending on the type of Turbo Yeast you are using.
