Oz Brew Infused Oak Irish Whiskey

A typical Irish Whiskey, with a slight hint of maltiness. Infused oak chips offer a smooth and mellow flavour with a subtle oak character, making it very easy to drink.

Directions: Soak 25g of infused oak in up to 1.125L of treated spirit for 7 days or more. The longer you soak, the smoother and stronger the taste.

Storage: Use neutral alcohol grade containers, like Soaker Tubs or Glass Demijohns, allowing complete dispersion of flavours while aging.
