Oz Brew Infused Oak Jamaican Dark Rum

A Caribbean Favourite! Infused oak chips creating a smooth and mellow traditional Jamaican Dark Rum, with slight overtones of coconut blended with rich dark sugars.

Directions: Soak 25g of infused oak in up to 1.125L of treated spirit for 7 days or more. The longer you soak, the smoother and stronger the taste.

Storage: Use neutral alcohol grade containers, like Soaker Tubs or Glass Demijohns, allowing complete dispersion of flavours while aging.
