Oz Brew Infused Oak Rum
A typical smooth and golden brown rum. White American Oak chips, infused and caramelised, to create a more international flavoured rum.
Directions: Soak 25g of infused oak in up to 1.125L of treated spirit for 7 days or more. The longer you soak, the smoother and stronger the taste.
Storage: Use neutral alcohol grade containers, like Soaker Tubs or Glass Demijohns, allowing complete dispersion of flavours while aging.
